L.G.R is one of the first collections we secured when we opened the doors of Respectacle Company in January 2016. The collection has evolved and moved with the trends and influences, but it has also remained very true to its roots and ethos, which is why we love it just as much today as we did in 2016.
Being a small independent optician, we are not able to stock a vast number of frames for children. When you consider age ranges from 18-month toddlers right through to 15-year-old teenagers, we’re talking a lot of glasses. The sizes and tastes required to compile a comprehensive collection of children’s eyewear are colossal, and we simply don’t have the room.

We know it’s sometimes difficult for people with petite features to find frames to fit them and not look overpowered by the frame. Many people opt for children’s frames instead. But the problem is the options are limiting. Frames for children are often only available in bright colours with hearts and stars on them, which is fine when you’re six or seven, but not so much when you’re forty-seven!
