Nothing is too much trouble, and this made the whole process from eye examination to glasses being fitting, a thoroughly positive experience. My husband has an eye condition that could be passed onto our children, so this is the only place we feel comfortable taking them, we are treated with care, not just as another sales figure! The customer service is first class, and the range of glasses is really high. The frames are of a high quality, and you can feel that when you wear them. I have a highish prescription and the lenses I get are therefore as thin as possible. My current frames are a lovely colour, and they feel fabulous to wear. The lenses are top notch, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had a fantastic experience here, especially considering I rushed in right before closing time. A very nice gentleman assisted me immediately. Even though I was in a hurry, he was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and he helped me pick out the absolute best frames that suited me perfectly. The service was impressively fast, but at no point did I feel like just another customer. I truly felt taken care of.

From the first moment, they have listened and responded to my needs and as a result, I have glasses which fit beautifully and work perfectly.
