Quick, efficient and trustworthy. Other opticians always seem to say I need a new prescription when in fact it’s near enough. Respectacle advised me not to change prescription because the existing prescription is near enough – very commendable not overselling. Also, the range of frames is excellent.

I had a very thorough eye test, lots of explanation along the way, nothing too much trouble and choosing lenses with help of a very professional and knowledgeable person in the shop was fab.
