As a small independent optical boutique, when we opened almost seven years ago, we decided not to stock what we refer to as mass-produced handbag brands. Our aim at Respectacle Company has always been to offer high-quality, well-engineered eyewear and ophthalmic lenses. Mass-produced products are poorer in quality and not something we offer.
Quite a few people who pop into Respectacle are often surprised about the range of diverse eyewear we stock within the store. They are surprised because they are under the illusion that you can only purchase interesting and quirky frames from stores in London and other big cities.
